Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and review the product, variant, quantity and final total before ordering. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable shipping, tax or payment-method fee is shown at checkout. Stock can change as products are sold in the shop and online. An automated order receipt acknowledges your order; it does not mean an item has shipped or is ready for pickup. If an item is unavailable or an obvious listing error affects your order, we will contact you about a correction, substitution with your approval, or cancellation and refund of any affected payment.
Only the delivery methods available for your cart at checkout can be selected. Shipped orders require online payment before dispatch. Cash is available for pickup only. Wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before collecting an order. Carrier transit estimates do not include order preparation and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Temperature-sensitive ingredients, including liquid yeast, require prompt care on arrival; read our shipping guidance and the manufacturer’s storage instructions.
Packaging and manufacturer specifications may change. Photos are illustrative; purchase quantities and included items are described in the listing and selected variant. Hop alpha acids and crop details can vary, so use the actual package information for recipe calculations. Follow manufacturer instructions and appropriate cleaning, food-safety and pressure-equipment precautions. Contact us before purchasing if compatibility or product suitability is unclear. Customers are responsible for using products lawfully and safely.
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes may not be possible after preparation or dispatch. Report damaged, missing, incorrect or defective items so we can help.
