Available shipping services and prices are calculated at checkout using your address and the items in your cart. UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air are offered where available. Some bulky, fragile or service items are pickup only. If checkout does not offer shipping for your cart, contact us for help.
Carrier service names describe transit after dispatch, not order preparation time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date. Tracking is provided when your order ships. Shipped orders must be paid online before dispatch.
Liquid yeast is available for shipping. It is perishable, and time and temperature in transit can affect its condition. Standard carrier service is not refrigerated. Faster service can reduce transit time but does not guarantee cold delivery. Do not assume that a cold pack or insulated packaging is included; contact us before ordering if you need a particular packing arrangement or advice about weather and service selection. Refrigerate liquid yeast promptly upon arrival and follow the manufacturer’s storage instructions. Contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged or you have a concern about its condition.
Third Coast Homebrew is inside Saloon Door West, 1231 Broadway, Pearland, TX 77581. Select pickup and an available date and time at checkout. Scheduled pickup and specialist hours are Tuesday–Friday 3–6 pm and Saturday 12–5 pm, Central Time. Please wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before coming to collect an online order. General shop hours are listed on our homepage.
We accept the online payment methods displayed at checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear on supported devices and browsers. Cash at pickup is available only for pickup orders. Any applicable taxes, shipping charges and payment-method fees are displayed before you place your order. Review the final total before confirming payment.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot promise changes after an order has shipped. For a missing, damaged or incorrect delivery, keep the packaging and send us your order number and photos where helpful so we can investigate. See our Return Policy for return information.
