If something is wrong with your purchase, please contact info@thirdcoasthomebrew.com or call (281) 500-8804. Include your order number, the item and a short description of the problem. Photos are helpful for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can arrange the right solution.
You may request a return of unused equipment within 30 days of delivery or pickup. Items must be complete, clean and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Please obtain return instructions first. We inspect returned items before issuing an approved refund. Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and original shipping charges are not refundable. Local returns may be brought to the shop after arranging them with us.
For freshness and product integrity, we do not accept change-of-mind returns of yeast, hops, grain, milled grain, other food or brewing ingredients, opened consumables, or custom-prepared items. This does not prevent you from reporting an incorrect, damaged or defective product. Contact us before buying if you are unsure whether an item will work for your application.
Check your order promptly when it arrives. Contact us as soon as possible about damage, missing items, the wrong product or a concern about ingredient condition. Keep the item and its packaging while we investigate. We will work with you on an appropriate correction, replacement or refund. Do not discard or return temperature-sensitive items until we have discussed the issue.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation; changes may not be possible once an order is prepared or shipped. These policies do not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
