Vic Secret is an Australian hop known for its birght tropical character of pineapple, pine, and passionfruit. Similar to Galaxy but with a lighter profile. Highly recommended as a whirlpool or dry hop addition where the tropcial notes will really shine. Displays a more earthy character when added late in the boil.
Alternatives
Tropical-fruit alternatives with different pineapple, passionfruit and pine balance. Use the alpha-acid percentage printed on the actual package for bittering calculations. Late additions and dry hopping should be matched by flavor, not alpha acids alone.
