Citrus/tropical aroma alternatives; neither exactly reproduces Citra. This is a different hop format: use a recipe calculator to adjust dosage and utilization rather than swapping ounce for ounce. Use the alpha-acid percentage printed on the actual package for bittering calculations. Late additions and dry hopping should be matched by flavor, not alpha acids alone.
