A 5-gallon extract recipe kit for a light, easy-drinking Blonde Ale with a balanced malt and hop character. Includes a 7 lb pouch of liquid malt extract, Willamette hops, Crystal 15 steeping grain, steeping bag, wort clarifier, and CellarScience CALI yeast.

Expected results: approximately 4.5% ABV, 20 IBU, 4 SRM, and starting gravity 1.045. Brewing equipment, bottles, and priming sugar are sold separately.
